About Our Aptitude Tests

Our aptitude tests are part of a suite of online psychometric tests that we use to understand who you are. These career tests are specifically designed to help our career guidance counsellors match you up with the right career for YOU.

We gather detailed information about you using these psychometric tests. These include your aptitudes (abilities), personality, values and beliefs and interests. As a result, we can uncover the ideal career for you.

  • The aptitude questionnaire measures several different kinds of reasoning. It’s not just about the individual answers you give, it’s also about the patterns behind them. So, they show us what you’re good at and where you would thrive.
  • The personality questionnaire helps us to understand what makes you tick. That is to say, how do you normally behave and respond? What is the best environment for you to work in? Which career would best suit your personality?
  • The interests questionnaire helps us to determine what kinds of career you would enjoy. Truly, if you are really interested in your career, you are far more likely to succeed and enjoy your work.

The Process

We offer our career test programmes to teenagers, 20-year-olds and those over 30. These programmes follow our psychometric evaluation process. Of course, they always include a one-to-one consultation with your personal careers advisor.

  • Firstly, fill out the contact form below and give us a little information about your situation. This will help us select the right careers advice programme for you.
  • Secondly, once you’ve signed up, we send you the online questionnaires to complete at home in your own time. They are in real depth and will take you several hours to complete, but it’s definitely worth it.
  • Thirdly, your careers adviser (a fully qualified Occupational Psychologist) will analyse the results of your psychometric tests and use their vast knowledge and experience to find your ideal career.
  • Fourthly, you have a one-to-one consultation with your career guidance counsellor to discuss the findings. Together, you will go through your options and come up with a plan for the next stage of your career.
  • Fifthly, you receive a comprehensive report written by your career consultant for you to reference on your journey. Many people keep this for a lifetime.
