We’re a national firm of career advisors established in 1965. Our specialist career counselling service provides careers advice to specific age groups.

Teenagers. Perhaps you are thinking about what A-Levels or degree to do. Or maybe you want to get straight to work!

Twenties. Maybe you’re coming to the end of your degree and are trying to figure out what career is right for you. Or perhaps you thought you knew what you wanted to do, but now you are not so sure.

Over Thirties. You’ve already been working for a while and are looking for a career change. Maybe your circumstances have changed and now you want to prioritise other areas of your life.

Our career counselling programmes offer:

  • career tests to assess your interests, abilities, personality and values.
  • In-depth analysis of the results by your career counsellor.
  • One-on-one careers advice to help you decide what career is right for you.
  • An in depth report written by your career counsellor with our recommendations.

About Your Career Counsellor

When you register for our careers advice programme, you’re assigned a career counsellor who is a fully qualified Occupational Psychologist. Every career counsellor here holds at least 2 degrees. Specifically, a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

This is required because, as part of our career counselling programme, you undergo an in-depth psychometric assessment. This covers the important factors you need to take into account when choosing the right career for YOU.

They are:

  • What are you interested in?
  • What are you good at?
  • Which career would suit your personality?
  • Which career reflects your values?
  • What career path is practical for you?

Firstly, before seeing you, your career counsellor will complete a deep analysis of your results. Secondly, they will draw on their vast knowledge of careers to research career paths specifically suited to you. Thirdly, you will have a one-on-one career consultation in which you will discuss those potential career paths in detail. The aim is to help you decide what career is right for you.

It is because of the quality of our career counsellors that we believe we are the best careers advisors in this country. It is life-changing careers advice that will set you on the right career path for the rest of your life.
