About Your Career Counsellor

When you register for our careers advice programme, you’re assigned a career counsellor who is a fully qualified Occupational Psychologist. Each career counsellor here holds at least 2 degrees. Specifically, a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

This is because, as part of our career counselling programme, you undergo an in-depth psychometric assessment. This covers the important factors you need to take into account when choosing the right career.

They are:

• What are you interested in?
• What are you good at?
• Which career would suit your personality?
• What career reflects your values?
• Which career is practical for you?

Firstly, before seeing you, your career counsellor will complete a deep analysis of your results. Secondly, they will draw on their vast knowledge of careers to research career paths specifically suited to you. Thirdly, they will discuss those possible career paths with you in detail. As a result, they will help you to decide what career is best for you.
