What Job is Right for Me

The Scientific Process we Invented in 1965

At Career Analysts, we developed a scientific process to help you figure out what job is right for YOU. All of our career guidance counsellors here are fully qualified Occupational Psychologists. So, as a minimum, they need 2 university degrees. A BSc in psychology, so they understand how to interpret the results of the psychometric tests that you will need to complete. Additionally, an MSc in occupational psychology in which they learn about the multitude of careers there are. So, their job is to understand you, using the psychometric questionnaires. Then, drawing on their knowledge and experience, they can match you up with the right career for you.

Specifically, the factors you need to consider when choosing the right career are:

  • What are you interested in?
  • What are you good at?
  • Which career would best suit your personalty?
  • What career aligns with your values and beliefs?
  • Which career path is practical for you?

So, we use the psychometric tests to measure these factors.
