It is good to get an outside perspective, when you speak to people close to you, they say ‘do what makes you happy’ or you would be good at this role and it’s a similar path. So having someone with the knowledge in all/a wider variety of industries to suit my strengths was brilliant.

Sheridan was fantastic, she was very supportive and had a real deep dive into a variety of opportunities I could explore.

You could tell instantly that Sheridan is incredible at what she does, and I felt a real sense of compassion and wanting to help me.

The things I thought I would be best actually weren’t the thing I showed up in most which is great for me to understand that I have a strength that I thought was a weakness.

It was also a huge confidence boost to think that these jobs we spoke about are in reach for me.
