I found the process very useful to help me understand better areas I hadn’t fully considered. It gave me thought on how best to direct future efforts to work towards a career option which would be better suited to my strengths and drivers and hopefully as a result be more fulfilling that my current career.

I found Sherridan to be very easy to talk to, and let me a lot of space initially to talk through career history. I thought she then expertly steered the conversation to probe different areas and dig deeper to explore what would be best for me and understand areas I hadn’t previously considered at all or given much thought to.

The report is full and detailed and gives a very good breakdown of items discussed. I’m happy with it and sure it’ll be a very useful resource to have.

The experience helped to confirm and validate some things which I already suspected about my drivers, but was very useful to do this.

Its allowed me to look differently at areas of my personality and better understand how these feed my overall drivers in what I’m looking for from a career.

Which aspects did you find particularly useful?

Completing the psychometric tests and then having these explained to me was good to get a gauge. Previously when completing these in interview processes I have never been told or had results of these explained to me. Having a chance to chat through and ask questions of the consultant was really valuable as when discussing areas I could ask questions and bounce ideas in the moment. Massively useful
