It’s not too late to be thinking of a career change especially if you’ve been in your career for a long time. Just because you once thought your career path was right for you, doesn’t mean it still is. Values can change over time; circumstances certainly do. Maybe you want a better work/life balance. If so, a complete career change now may be the right move for you.

Embarking on a career change is a big step, so it’s completely normal to feel anxious. We regularly help people looking for a career change at 30, 40 or 50+. Additionally, we will help you with the steps needed to get there.

You shouldn’t feel as though your opportunity has passed. We’ll help you move forward with a career change with one of our careers advice programmes.

How To Change Careers

Once you have registered with us for our career change programme, we will gather a large amount of information about you and your circumstances using specific career tests.

These are in-depth psychometric tests covering the important factors you need to consider when making a career change. What interests you? Which career would suit your personality? What career path would better match your skills and strengths? Which career would reflect your values and beliefs? What is a practical career change for you given your present circumstances?

Once you have completed these career tests, we will do an in-depth analysis of the results and research suitable careers for you. You will then meet with your personal careers advisor who is an Occupational Psychologist. Together, you will talk through the analysis and research and discuss the options for your career change.
